Closed our accounts and get arrogantly told that an old personal loan that was closed & settled back in 2015 remained open..? Wouldnt tell us why or provide an explanation apart from telling us to call ANZ when were clearly in a branch.Argued with me about this & followed my husband & I to the front teller which wasn't necessary. Went to hand me a pamphlet which was politely declined since I know the process of complaints handling to have her roll her eyes at me!! Well guess what it is a CLOSED account!

She took the time to get to know our situation, and after going through the various options I'm very pleased with the end result. I'll have lower monthly payments and a much better interest rate when it's all finalised in a couple of weeks.

They do and say anything to try and belittle you and don’t listen. My mother went in to cash her coin in she had collected for a while, the ladies said the coin is too dirty to process (said it loud enough for everyone to hear ) my mother asked for the coin back so she could come back another time after it being cleaned but the 2 ladies continued to count the coin and make rude comments over and over again,
My mother had to almost damand the to hand the coin back they were slow as if making a joke out of it.
