  AVOID THIS PLACE!
  The vehicle had an electrical fault, but was driving fine. It cost $150 for a diagnosis with the result being unknown, and advised to take it to Holden.
  When we went to collect the vehicle it would not start. They said it was nothing they had done, accepting no responsibility and saying we needed to get the vehicle towed away!!
  My son said he had jump started another car, they immediately pointed the finger blaming him. Even though this was approximately 6 weeks earlier and the car had ran since.
  Needless to say I was disgusted with this service and was given no alternative or assistance offered.
  I left the car, and today paid for an independent auto electrician to attend. He immediately identified the problem and got it started straight away!
  I hope Auto Masters felt humiliated and embarrassed that a real mechanic had to attend their workshop to fix a vehicle!
  No apology, no empathy or respect from the so called manager who just wanted to wash his hands of the problem.
  A disgusting experience and I will do my best to bad mouth Auto Masters at every opportunity!

  Had my 2006 Ford Territory go in to get a clunk noise rectified.
  I suspected transmission fault. They gave me excellent service and inspected the car for the fault and we’re very friendly and showed me what they had found regarding the clunk.
  Turns out my front diff bushes were excessively worn and that was the cause. On top of that they also found one of my core plugs damaged and leaking. They gave me excellent advice and I proceeded to get the work done.
  They were very time efficient and had it all done within a few hours.
  The price was really reasonable and their customer service was outstanding.
  The mechanical knowledge and skills were superior and thorough.
  The workshop was very tidy and all staff were very friendly.
  Matt dealt with us from start to finish and was very helpful and gave endless support. I felt comfort knowing my car was going to be well looked after and repaired properly.
  Highly recommend them and definitely will go through them again in the future.

  I bought my car in to auto masters baldivis because it was running rough and engine light flashing on and off car loosing power. I asked them to do a diagnosis and check the spark plugs. They told me the spark plugs have no issues and they cant find any problems. They told me my transmission fluid was black and needed to be flushed, even though I flushed it 2 months ago and checked it 2 days prior and it was perfect ,so I checked again and yep just as I thought still perfect. So still had all the issues driving away … such a waste of time and money .. took it to another mechanic and they told me the spark plugs are in horrible condition so replace them and fixed the issues. Either auto masters baldivis lied to my face about the spark plugs and transmission fluid or they don’t know what they are doing…

  Bam is very detailed in his work when i brought my car for service. His communication is clearead and recommend all what i need to be done for my car.. He is very knowlegable on his work.. im very happy with his work and i can see huge difference after the service.. Overall i will recommend this branch to my friends and family and definitely will be back for another service in the future.

  I have had experiences with many mechanical repair businesses, but no one comes near these guys. I arrived there with a very sick jeep and the guys looked at it immedaitely and gave me a price and time. They were pretty much bang on. Unfortunately I live at the opposite end of Perth, so they are a too far to travel but I would highly recommend these guys for honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thanks for help guys.
