- Jason T Added March 11, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Depending on who’s there, it can be good, Quinn and Tammy are both great, however I had Paula serve me today and she was incredibly rude. Instantly had an attitude and made the whole process much harder than needed. I will not return to this branch if I see her inside. Horrid woman left me in a bad mood for the rest of my day.

We pick up our change every Friday normally about lunch, but the girl who normally does it went home sick. So I looked up their closing time - 5PM, and I finish at 4PM.
I got there at 4:15PM and was greeted with the foulest response about picking up my change, “what are you doing here at this time of day, you should know that we close our money off at 4PM”. I explained that their website stated a 5PM close and nothing about the money, they huffed and stormed off.
Ended up giving me my change, and told me to never do this again. - Miguel Ettema Added March 04, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Can't say I've ever had bad service here. No issues when I applied for and completed my mortgage. No unexpected fees; a single overdraft fee was my own fault thanks to not paying attention, and it was refunded when I caught my own error immediately and phoned about it.
