  The last few times l've visited other branches of Nandos I've been pretty disappointed and felt like the quality has been dropping, but lm my first visit to Nandos Baldivis I had a great experience. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the chips were fresh and crispy and the broccolini perfectly charred. Staff were very helpful too with my first time using their QR code ordering system, and were more than happy to accomodate my special requests. 5 stars!

  Would not accept cash. Had to order online, even though in store. To order online you have to enter card, we couldn't do as cards are tap and go in phone. However they did let us do this so we could pay. Average food. Nothing amazing, sweet potato chips were highlight

  Ever time I order here I don’t get what I paid for. Ordered a whole chicken and large chips to share and only maybe 1/4 of a bag of chips arrived, called up to speak to someone and was placed on hold for 10 mins. Pathetic

  What can i say, this company's corporate policies are actually killing them. I rarely see the restaurant more than one-third full.
  
  When ordering a takeaway, you are encouraged to order online rather than at the counter. When dining in, you are encouraged to order online rather than at the counter.
  If you manage to get someone too take your order at the counter, you can no longer pay with cash, "for health reasons." rubbish, by not paying for security and banking services you make more profit.
  The staff levels have dropped after covid, again, for profit.
  
  The only reason i still eat here is because the food is that good, even though they can't fold a wrap so that it doesn't keep unraveling every time you put it down.
  Don't order for delivery if you like your food hot, and if you're ordering takeaway order when you're at the restaurant. The food is just left on the side to get cold, not in a warmer or under lights, until you come to collect it.

  Went to order at the counter and was told needed to go to the table and scan the something on the table, which would bring up the menu and then I could order. Neither myself nor my guest knew how to do this so the order was eventually taken at the counter. The place was not particularly busy but it took an age to get our food. Staff were apologetic for the delay, maybe need an extra couple of staff.

  Not the best Nando's. Been 2-3 times and staff lack manners - don't forget your P's & Q's. Basic..life..manners... Hello, please and thank you. I ordered a Supremo Wrap dine in, was given it in a bag for take away... Told staff and she shrugged her shoulders.
